Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Job Description: ADSS offers a unique environment that fosters individual growth and rewards performance. We currently seek an Inside Sales Representative to join our ADSS team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for calling existing ADSS customers, including strategic accounts, following up on leads and prospecting. This Inside Sales Representative will be knowledgeable of our products and establish relationships with our customers. This individual is also responsible for generating new business. They monitor their actuals against their goals on a quarterly basis. This position is salaried base plus commission, including benefits. Additional Responsibilities include - Sell equipment and supplies - Generate new business - Make outgoing calls to new and existing customers - Handles between 800 and 1400 accounts - Negotiate pricing with customers - Follow up on leads - Utilize ACT database to manage accounts - Provide price quotes and product information to ADSS customers and dealers - Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts - Performance of duties as required by supervisor Requirements: - College degree preferred - At least 2 years sales experience - Experience with ACT or a similar customer management system - In this casual, but fast paced environment, we prefer someone self motivated, goal orientated, flexible and with strong phone skills - This is a Dog friendly workplace |
