Description

The Sabre 40" utility cutter is obsolete. it has been replaced by the 40" Sabre 2 utility cutter.

A handy portable sheet material cutter that can be used on a table top or mounted on its own stand. Cuts a wide variety of sheet material.

Features:
  • Cuts a variety of mounting boards, straight, square, and clean
  • Simple, easy to use design
  • Full length silicon rubber grip strip mounted in the base and two more on the underside of the cutter bar holds all work securely in place
  • Adjustable blade depth
  • Cutter head automatically retracts to a safe position when not in use
  • Can cut materials that are longer than the length of the cutter
  • Accepts materials of varying thickness without affecting either the line or angle of cut
  • Sturdy extruded anodized aluminum base will not absorb moisture or warp
  • Base includes a narrow groove to accept the blade tip when cutting
  • Optional floor stand (shown above) is available
