Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind the merchandise we sell, and are happy to replace or exchange most items. To exchange an item, please read the policies below and then request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form must be requested within 7 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
  • We must receive your return (including the RMA) within 10 days of the RMA issuance.
  • Merchandise may only be exchanged for stock merchandise - no special orders.
  • Merchandise must be undamaged and in saleable (new) condition.
  • Merchandise must returned with its original packaging and tags (if any).
  • If you receive a defective or a misshipped product, we will mail you a complimentary prepaid shipping label when your RMA is authorized. Sorry, we are unable to pay shipping fees for the return of items that are not defective, damaged, or misshipped.
  • The RMA number must be boldly and conspicuously displayed on the outside of the shipping container near the shipping label. Packages without a clearly displayed RMA number will be refused.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returns, unless the product was defective, damaged in shipment, or not shipped as ordered.

Damaged in Shipping

We pack all of our products with care, but sometimes items are damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged shipment please follow these steps:
  • You must keep all packing materials. We will be unable to process a claim for damage if the packing material is missing.
  • Contact us within three business days of receipt of the damaged merchandise to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form. Please tell us that this RMA is for merchandise that was damaged in shipment.
  • Tell us whether you want the damaged merchandise replaced or a credit issued. If you want the merchandise replaced will will rush a replacement to you when we issue the RMA.
  • We will mail you a complimentary prepaid shipping label when your RMA is authorized.
  • The damaged merchandise must be returned to us as specified on the shipping label we send you. You will be billed for merchandise that is not returned promptly.
  • The RMA number must be boldly and conspicuously displayed on the outside of the shipping container near the shipping label. Packages without a clearly displayed RMA number will be refused.
  • If the carrier wishes to inspect the damage at your premises you must allow them to do so. Failure to allow an inspection will cause the RMA to be rejected.
